25 October 2008
Icarus Darcy and Icarus Ryan went to the Euroa Agricultural Show and had a very successful day. They both won their led classes, then Darcy went on to win Champion Led, and Ryan won Reserve Champion led. I decided to ride Darcy in the ridden classes, (only broken in 5 weeks ago), he won his ridden class, then won the ridden Performance Horse, sponsored by Tullow Stud, who kindly donated prize money and a lovely sash. Then he went on to win Champion Ridden aswell! What stars Darcy and Ryan are, we were over the moon with the day.
There was a good turn out of Irish horses at Euroa, about 8-10 in total, but there could have been more!
